    For Gift Givers -

    If the treats are not redeemed by the recipients within the given period of time (you can set an expiration date as the deadline for your treat), then the amount gets credited back to your SnackMagic wallet (at no additional fee) or to your original method of payment (fees apply). Read more.

    For Gift Recipients -

    Due to the edible nature of snacks and beverages, we do not accept returns. If your product is damaged or if you did not receive the correct items please email us a photo of the damaged items (within 3 days of receiving your package) and we’ll refund or replace your items. 

    If you feel you have received a faulty product, please email us at hi@snackmagic.com with your order number and image of SnackMagic box and damaged product for further instructions.
